The joy of listening

I have never been a man of few words..people will vouch for this for sure!

However of late I have discovered that there is so much joy in listening!! Guess who taught me this... my son :)

Silly things

I have noticed that the greatest pleasures of life are many times linked to the silliest of things around you. Or maybe I am built like that...my sense of humor is a tad different from the folks around me..

I like to imitate people. This gives me the power to notice things about people which no one else does. I love it when a person around me pronounces "list" as "leest" or "promotion" as "parmotion"when I am expecting it. This is my way of finding happiness amidst chaos. This is the fuel that keeps me running.

Many folks in office are puzzled when I have a smile on my face during meetings :):)..now you know why!!
