A petrol pump next to a coal depot next to a gas cylinder godown.

Just happened to notice this en route to office (Hinjewadi) today. It is a perfect setting of disaster in the making...all you need is a spark... how the hell did the petrol pump (which is relatively new) get permission to hold shop next to a coal depot. Is this legal?

If it is, then lets have a nuclear plant next to the petrol pump!!
