Anger Management

Try following some of these to control your anger:

1. Sleep. Especially when at work.

2. Count up to 10. If that doesn’t work, count up to 100. If that doesn’t work too, try spelling out the numbers as you count.

3. Shit, if you feel like. Try, if you don’t feel like.

4. Abuse someone who won’t mind it. If not sure whether he/she will mind being abused, do it in his/her absence.

5. Eat more than usual. So that you can either sleep or shit.

6. Write. Seriously, try and write. As I am doing write now.

7. Fart, in front of the person whom you are angry on. Make sure he/she hears it.

8. Watch porn. But only if you are above 18.

9. Listen to music. Good slow soft music.

10. Plan for you next holiday.


If you got better ideas let me know. Because I am really angry right now!

Hmmm...
Express your anger as soon as possible so that you aren't left stewing. If you can't express your anger in a controlled manner to the person who angered you, try talking to a family member, friend,or another trusted person.
OR
Work with the person who angered you to identify solutions to the situation....

1)Try bringing a doll(assume it resembles a person u r really frustrated with) to the office ..chant some cliche verses .."Heem-creem-bheem" .. and insert the pins provided by facilities one by one on the doll ..and laugh loudly with every pin inserted..and IM the person and ask if he/she feels pricky today :-)

2) Try sending a mail to your group stating that the t-lead is resigning in a week and record their reactions.I'm sure u'll never ever see a burst of joy and words like what u'd witness then..

I cant write more, else ppl will think im a sadist ... :-)
