Dilbertism is the ultimate truth. We live it.
Dilbertism is an integral part of every office. Rather, an office exists because of it. It comes across as strange that, though we experience and observe Dilbertisms in our offices everyday, we never laugh about them. The same incidents when read in the cartoon strip instantly brings a smile.
Indirectly we are smiling/grinning/laughing/feeling sorry/etc/etc on our own lives.
Maybe this is a Dilbertism too!
