I was scanning through the television channels sometime this weekend. Channel 23… 24… 25. I stopped on channel number 25. The logo at right hand top corner of the screen displayed Sony TV. A guy dressed in loud clothes had a microphone in his hand. He was singing the song “Taal se taal mila.” It looked like some reality show. But what caught my eye was a message scrolling on the bottom of the screen. It said “The voting lines are already closed. Please do not send messages to vote as this is a repeat telecast.”
Can you believe it?
It would be a pleasure to meet the enthusiastic Indians who were still voting.
